Speeds are maximums, and actual speed varies with conditions. For plans without an “after the allowance runs out” label, overage charges are taken from your top-up balance once you exceed the allowance.

It differs by plan, so it is listed under “See details” on each plan. For example, voice is 1.98 KRW per second and a short text message is 22 KRW. On plans where calls and texts are included, charges apply only when video or add-on calls go over the set time.
After 30 days from activation, you can change it once a month. It is best to choose a plan that fits your usage from the start.

No. Plan prices do not include the cost of the phone. You put the SIM into the phone you use now or a spare phone.
For KT, it refills on the 1st of every month. For LG, it refills every 30 days starting from the day you activate.
Plans with an “after the allowance runs out” speed continue at that speed. If the connection drops briefly at the switch, turn airplane mode on and off once.
On plans without an “after the allowance runs out” label, you can use more data from your top-up balance. 22.53 KRW is deducted per 1MB.
With KT, you can still use a hotspot at the set speed after the allowance runs out. With LG, it is best to use it only within the included allowance.
Domestic voice calls. Video calls and add-on calls such as 1588 numbers are deducted from the plan’s add-on/video time.
If you top up in the N-Telecom Membership app, you can keep using it from your balance.
